Why don't you deliver to my area? 
Items offered & available on our website & mobile app are only available for delivery to addresses in Dubai currently. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time, but we're continually expanding our delivery areas. If you leave us your contact details, we'll let you know when we do.

Why are prices different in the retail store vs. online?
The merchandise and prices available on our website do not reflect the merchandise and rates available in our retail store. Currently, we do not have access to store inventory lists or price lists on this website. Please contact us for more information and availability.

What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Due to increased product demand, you may have a high level of out of stocks, especially for fresh produce items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will do our best to provide an alternative substitution if your preferred product is unavailable. In case, we have charged you at the time of placing your order, and we fail to deliver the same due to out of stock, we do reimburse your full amount.
